Sr. Analyst, Logistics Inventory

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role delivers the accuracy and health of inventory related with the logistic function. The scope of the role includes inventory accuracy (NON NEGOTIABLE KPI) and management throughout the network. Coordinate disposals. Lead Projection of Distribution Centers utilization and participate in discussions/decisions relating to it. Also, the role works in collaboration with the other areas of the Logistics Department generating a greater exposure and expertise.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Deploy and govern global processes in inventory and systems management

Service
- Manage the inventory accuracy in LSP(s) to meet budget and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the Annual Inventory Process in coordination with the Warehouse team
Analyze and solve problems involving inventory variances, receipt discrepancies, returns, obsolete damage, past dues, and unfilled orders.

Cash
- Inventory management including compliance and reporting of FEFO and obsolesce
- Coordinates communication between SCJ QA and QI personnel and their RDC/Contract Packager counterpart regarding identification and disposition of inventory that does not conform to quality standards

Cost
- Cost savings through sustainable continuous improvement working with different areas of Logistics Department
- Projection of Distribution Center Capacity utilization, enabling the discussions to decide the best alternative for the Supply Chain. Follow up the accuracy of the projection to improve it.
- Inventory Accuracy, including book to book reconciliation, cycle and stock counts
- Waste and disposal process

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING**
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics or related fields
- Upper-Intermediate English Level (must have).
- Proficiency in Portuguese (nice to have).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Supply Chain experience in other disciplines preferred.
