As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Sr Analyst, Order to Cash Process will be pivotal in modernizing our operations capabilities across McCain Foods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement technology solution design for order to cash processes both domestic and export portfolios.
- Collaborate with Global Team on external benchmarks and industry trends to solution design and create an industry-leading technology solution.
- Translate business requirements and priorities into user friendly system capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between ERP and 3PL technology solution design.
- Prioritize system usability and end user adoption in the design of the system.
- Provide escalation of cross-functional decisions to Transformation Leadership Team.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
- 2-3 years of supply chain, technology, or related experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Global teams and across functions and regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action.
- Experience with deployment of ERP and/or 3PL technology integration.

- Results-driven and process improvement-focused with a strong propensity for excellence.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.
- Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.
