**We are looking for a Product Growth Specialist - Debits to join our team**

Since its inception in 2009, **AstroPay** has grown from a prepaid voucher provider in Brazil to become the online payment solution of choice for a rapidly growing global community of millions of passionate users in Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

**Tasks**:

- Enhance the adoption of new features by communicating their value to users both within and outside the app.
- Define and analyze various product metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, etc), create hypotheses, and translate them into experiments to improve them.
- Come up with upsell opportunities based on product usage and market research/trends.
- Decide the type of campaign to be done, and who the target audience is, construct a plan, and release it. Execute the campaign (if necessary with the marketing team), then analyze its effectiveness and develop new strategies based on the results.
- Develop an effective growth engine that combines viral actions, promotions, affiliate distribution, influencers, and paid campaigns.
- Find out which attribution channels and communications are most effective with our users.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a product growth role
- Experience developing marketing plans that encompass strategy, user research, competitive analysis, messaging, etc. with a focus on improving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
- Experience using attribution and analysis tools such as Singular, Braze, Looker, Amplitude, etc.
- A creative and analytical mindset
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Great attitude towards challenges and solving problems.
- Having knowledge of debit cards and P2P markets is a plus.
