Help early-stage startups launch, grow, and acquire users
**Location**: Remote

**About the Role**:
You’ll work closely with founders, helping them craft and execute product marketing strategies that fuel their growth from zero to one.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute multi-channel product marketing strategies for early-stage startups.
- Search, vet, and leverage AI tools to increase marketing efficacy and productivity.
- Leverage LinkedIn for B2B outreach, content marketing, and engagement.
- Plan and execute Product Hunt & Betalist launches, ensuring maximum visibility and conversions.
- Build and manage Twitter/X growth strategies, including content, engagement, and influencer outreach.
- Launch and manage Reddit marketing campaigns (organic + paid), including engagement in relevant subreddits.
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to refine messaging and positioning.
- Optimize acquisition funnels and retention strategies to maximize activation and long-term growth.
- Track performance metrics, run experiments, and iterate for continuous improvement.

**Who You Are**:

- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Excited about AI and using AI tools to automate and improve marketing operations.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn for B2B growth and lead generation.
- Familiarity with Product Hunt, Betalist, and X (Twitter) for product launches and community engagement.
- Deep understanding of Reddit marketing strategies (e.g., AMA campaigns, subreddit engagement).
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth experiments.
- Ability to craft compelling content and messaging that resonates with startup audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with multiple projects.
