**Collections Analyst**

This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work virtually as well as from our Buenos Aires office.

**What the day will look like**
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data of each debt or invoice
- Locate and contact clients to inquire about overdue payments
- Take action to encourage timely payment of the debt
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve client billing and credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Student of actuarial, accounting, administration, foreign trade, or related fields.
- Previous experience in payments, reconciliations, treasury, etc.
- Knowledge of insurance and/or reinsurance (desirable)
- Analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English
