Tendrás por misión potenciar la implementación de la estrategia relacionada con la administración y el desarrollo de las personas, actuando como consultor interno y agente de cambio.
Eso implica que estarás en permanente interacción e intercambio con tu Gerente y con tu área de negocio asignada para facilitar la evolución de líderes y colaboradores en pos de una organización que avanza constante y exitosamente.
