IT HRBP
This IT HR Business Partner is a global role and will work with the wider HR team to build people capabilities, drive people engagement and enablement plans, working together with the IT Business Leaders and their teams. This incumbent will drive the people agenda to meet the business objectives, exhibition of company values and One-KC behaviors, adherence to HR policies and procedures, HR best practices and external legislative requirements.
**Key Accountabilities**:
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress in your career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop a strategic partnership with the business leaders through alignment with business goals, targets, strategy and competition, financials, market dynamics, levers and issues.
- Design and implement HR programs and projects to support organizational goals.
- Forecast talent needs and address talent gaps.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Support the development and retention of top talent using Kimberly-Clark standard performance management process and build plans to develop and deploy our key talent.
- Support a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interests.
- Working with business groups assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client group.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures
- Implement Campus recruitment plans
- Ensure team is able to attract, reward, and retain needed talent through compensation strategies that align with Corporate. This includes salary planning, exception handling, executive alignment, options planning, retention. Provide decisive support through HR metrics (Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates).
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to drive corporate processes.
**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience.
- Graduate degree required in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent English.
- Must be able to influence without direct authority through building effective partnerships.
- Actively pursuing continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, comfort in dealing with senior leaders and leading change initiatives.
**Preferred Qualifications**
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Multinational experience desired.
- Previous experience managing IT Strategic Projects designs and implementation.
- Executive presence and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a great team player.
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills required. Must display resiliency and conflict management skills.
- Experience working with virtual teams across cultures and time zones inside and outside the K-C organization.
