Your role at Clorox:
The role will be in charge of a direct category for LATAM. As a part of the Global Strategic Sourcing team, will be responsible for analyzing sourcing alternatives and negotiate with suppliers to deliver savings and efficiencies while ensuring supply.
In this role, you will:
- Run negotiation process with suppliers across the region
- Analyze markets and category sourcing opportunities
- Play an active role internally and externally to bring innovation and sustainable alternatives to the category
- Generate projects to support the company strategy
- Support the development and implementation of the category sourcing strategy
- Identify opportunities for cost and process efficiency
- Identify potential supply risks in advance and develop and propose mitigation plans
- Execute, track and follow-up internal KPIs which include cost saving projects, contract compliance, working capital and accuracy vs. Budget
What we look for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- At least 4 years in Strategic Sourcing
- Experience with indirect or direct materials
- Spanish//English proficiency
- Skills required:
- Negotiation and Analysis (cost structures, price formulas, macroeconomics, etc.)
