This role is to process requests for our internal and vendor based Observability platforms while also being responsible for administration and maintenance of our Grafana LGTM stack. This will require close collaboration with internal technical teams, external vendors, and internal business partners to ensure that our SLAs are being met and we provide the best in quality services to our customers

**Required Skills Set**:
ITIL process

**Nice to have**:
Experience with version control (Git, Github, and Gitlab) and CI/CD pipelines

Strong experience in Infrastructure as a Code for automation

Experience with large teams

Strong understanding of Datadog, NewRelic, Grafana LGTM stack, particularly billing and usage calculation side

Having experience with tracking cloud infrastructure costs

Knowledge management
