The customer service Sr will support daily activities making the bridge between Copeland / Sales / Customer.

The Customer Service will receive the Customer Order, need to analyze and insert the information in system (Oracle). As part of the routine, receive the order, analysis the order, insert in Oracle, generate the Ack (acknowledgment) and make customer up to date with last date of shipment the material. This position will be located in Buenos Aires.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
**_1 _**_Mandatory to receive the Customer Order and make the analysis and load in 24 hours in ORACLE _**:
**_2 _**_Dayli inventory and orders analysis - all the Order for the date, must be picked and shipped _

**_3 _**_Must keep the record retention - all the documents exchanged with customer must be kept _

**_4 _**_Will support as part of the Sales Team _

**_5 _**_Ability to contact customers directly _
