**Responsibilities**
- Assist in identifying fraud cases in technical areas under guidance
- Monitor consumption traffic for anomalies and escalate issues when necessary
- Review alerts generated by monitoring systems and report potential threats
- Collaborate with team members to support fraud prevention initiatives
- Assist in documenting issues related to analyzed fraud cases
- Help interpret data to identify emerging fraud patterns
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for internal use
- Provide general support to the anti-fraud team

**Requirements**:

- Over 6 months of experience in a support role or similar position
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic functionality and familiarity with pivot tables
- Interest in data analysis and fraud monitoring concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidance carefully
- Willingness to learn proactively and contribute to team efforts
- Good communication skills and adaptability to new challenges

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with any fraud prevention tools or systems
- Exposure to or interest in tools like Stealth System, Vantive System, or SAP CRM Enterprises
