Your role at Clorox:
This Sr. manager will be responsible for implementing and driving the procurement goals at South Cluster level. Accountable for margin transformation program, Supply & TDC for whole R&P spend. Be the single point of contact (SPOC) to connect the business needs and procurement priorities. Provide guidance and support to the Procurement Manager and local buyers organization. This role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional value for our spend portfolio, which encompasses both raw materials and packaging, spend $80 million. Expertise and dedication will be essential in ensuring the sustained growth and success of procurement organization in the Cluster South region.

In this role, you will:
- Be the SPOC with Procurement Director & South Leadership Team for all topics related to Procurement in South Latam.- Responsible for margin transformation program tracking and fulfillment for Buy feeder stream.- Be close to the General Manager, Operation & Finance Director connecting the business needs with procurement priorities.- Be part of the South Leadership Team ad-hoc.- Contribute with key metrics Gross Sales, Gross Margin & Gross Profit and understand how procurement decision impact on these metrics.- Lead the Cost committee.- Be a decision maker on non-R&P categories such us Logistic or Indirect.- Provide guidance and coaching to the R&P Manager.- Ensure all the procurement team put their Skills & Capabilities to work.- Support the Procurement manager with specific topics such us budgeting.- Ensure the optimal equation between price, service & quality for all R&P Materials

Other key activities to follow:
- Ensure robust vendor supplier base / BCP plans are deployed.- Ensure procurement strategies are implemented.- Identify and develop synergy opportunities with Latam team.- Have a holistic perspective about all Raw & Pack materials.- Lead key categories such as Resins (HDPE & PET), Hypo & Cans specially focused in Argentina context. Connect with the strategy defined by the Category Managers.

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:

- 8+ years of proven experience in a global, matrixed environment sourcing direct materials or supply chain management
- 4+ years of people management experience

Education Level/Degree:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent working experience) MBA is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Experience operating in a manufacturing environment, specifically in sourcing and managing direct materials such as Packaging and Raw Materials
- Experience with Sourcing/Procurement tools and methodologies including Cost Models/Should Cost/Clean Sheet, Negotiations, and Contracts
- Solid understanding of commodity hedging
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and exceptional analytical skills, highlighted by a proven ability to deliver significant financial results.
