**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule/plan clinical appointments for clinical staff and clients in a healthcare appointment management system
- Communicate with company's clients and clinical staff via instant messaging and virtual phone services
- Monitor instant messaging service for updates from clinical staff out in the field
- Monitor virtual phone service for updates from clients
- Monitor timeframes of active client authorizations
- Communicate with the Operations department about authorizations for the company's clients
- Audit clinical staff’s appointments to ensure all appointments contain staff and client signatures and clinical notes
- Create/update reports using Microsoft excel according to Work's responsibilities

**Technical Requirements**:

- 30MBPS or higher internet speed
- High Performance Processor
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no animal or children's noises in the background)
- Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
- Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
