**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain within ERP system the monthly Supply Plans for products within a region portfolio over the S&OP horizon (Months 4-24);
- Translate demand requirements and supply capability into a time-phased supply and inventory plan in monthly resolution over the S&OP horizon that satisfies expected demand, is capacity feasible and at the lowest business cost;
- Analyze, monitor and confirm the implementation of changes per plan. Identifies potential issues and risks to the region supply and develops contingency plans;
- Manage supply exceptions within the S&OP horizon, including prioritization and resolution;
- Serve as focal point for communications with Detailed Schedulers on asset plans;
- Facilitate communication and interaction with Commercial, Manufacturing and Sourcing functions to effectively balance supply and demand in the mid-term horizon via the IBP process;
- Collaborate with Demand/Commercial organization to ensure lead time and resource capacity requirements are considered when reviewing and approving all demands and scenarios;
- Track key performance metrics, leads cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:** Qualifications / Experience Requirements**
- Fluent English skills;
- BS in Engineering or related technical field;
- 2-5 Year equivalent SC experience, Manufacturing, scheduling, and planning experiences;
- APICS CPIM / Green Belt certifications are a plus.
