**Location**:_ _South America - Fully Remote

**Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities**

- Shape content pillars and the long-term narrative arc- Plan and manage the weekly content cadence- Turn ideas and voice notes into polished, high-performing posts- Capture spontaneous insights and transform them into stories- Edit and refine content in a distinct founder voice- Build a simple content system (ideas drafts posts)- Guide experiments, format shifts, and growth strategy- Provide light accountability and creative collaboration

- Bonus: help refine storylines for short-form video

**Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful**

- You’re obsessed with storytelling, content strategy, and founder narratives

- You can ghostwrite with precision and personality

- You understand IG/X growth mechanics + audience psychology
