Purpose of the Position:
Support sales managers with commercial data analysis and insights. Local process owner of Installed Base, Lead Management and Customer Segmentation process.

**Job Description**:
IB Process Owner
- Ensure data quality (especially next service day)
- Update IB information so we can have an accurate potential
- Responsible for creating and settled procedure for the company to keep IB updated. Responsible for making it happen

Lead & Opportunities Management
- Create leads from IB data
- Cold calls to generate opportunities for its colleagues (mainly regain and discover customers)
- SQL for services, all sources

Pricing process owner

OneCRM Service business owner
- Ensure data quality and consistency.
- Collect, prioritize and share local business needs/requirements.

Support business managers to analyze commercial data across relevant databases
- Supporting the development of global dashboards
- Responsibility for mapping and fulfilling data-analysis and dashboards needs.
- Responsible for keep updated all dashboards needed for sales process follow up (according to sales playbook)

**Profile**:
Background: Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Mechanical or Industrial). Marketing bachelor's degree.

Labor Experience: 3 years of commercial or marketing experience in industrial companies, commercial data analyst, or digital sales position.

Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English both written & spoken.

Others: Availability to travel 10% of the time
