This role demands a deep understanding of the company's vision and operations to optimize the CEO's time, streamline strategic initiatives, and ensure efficient company operations.
The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for the CEO, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning, translating ideas into actionable initiatives, and driving progress across key projects.CEO Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing commitments, preparing for high-level meetings and presentations, and ensuring follow-up on action items.Investment Deal Analysis and Facilitation: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investment deals, presenting findings to the CEO, and coordinating due diligence and deal structuring processes.Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, implement process improvements, and track key performance indicators.Communication and Relationship Building: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive company and investor information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.Qualifications:Advanced Degree: MBA or equivalent preferred.Extensive Experience: 10+ years in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with experience in strategy, finance, or operations.Financial Acumen: Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, anticipating challenges and identifying solutions.Exceptional Communication: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to lead and influence others, without direct authority.Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.Passion for Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Alignment with Unicorn Hunters' mission to democratize investment opportunities.What will make you successful:Empowered Ownership: A proactive approach to responsibilities, taking initiative, and driving meaningful impact.Open & Clear Communication: A commitment to transparency that fosters trust, collaboration, and shared understanding.Results with Purpose: A focus on delivering high-quality outcomes while adapting to challenges with agility.Creative Problem-Solving: A solutions-oriented mindset that embraces complexity and turns challenges into opportunities.Continuous Growth: We still have a lot to learn
