Director Product and Solutions

Overview
the Director of Core Product and solutions will overview all solutions related to Core Products for ARUPY Cluster

Responsibility
- Manages several products and solutions for a market/cluster and provides knowledge of products, services or platform capabilities to support localization and market enablement.
- Partners with direct team members and other solution experts to support CSC value proposition development and sales, with a focus on their local market and/or segment.
- Directs project teams and leverages expertise to drive the development of differentiated products and solutions to meet the needs of Mastercard's clients, within their market and/or segment.
- Facilitates functional knowledge and best practice sharing, and provides thought leadership on technology trends and holistic-system thinking to improve solutioning for their clients.
- Directs team members to identify complex issues related to products and solutions development for their market and/or segment, and recommends improvements to the market's portfolio or solutions strategy.
- Supports initiatives to drive product revenues from their specific group, within their defined market and/or segment.
- Drives competitive analysis and pricing strategy for Mastercard's solutions, and shares findings/analysis with regional product teams.
- Identifies local partners to drive joint initiatives.
- For People Managers:

- Manages a team of direct reports and conducts formal and informal performance reviews and development conversations to ensure all employees are achieving career milestones and performing at their highest potential

All About You
Bachelor degree, with knowledge and experience leading product design and delivery with experience in banking, financial services and payments industries
Experience in delivering and working with commercial areas
Consulting skills proven
