The Role

Business Development and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders; experience originating deals with C-level clients; lead pursuit teams; participate and lead the proposal development process; contribute to proposal shaping and pricing strategies.

Delivery & Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.

Practitioner Development: Perform the role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Use Case Prioritization, ROI, and Business Case

Service Offering Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create industry points of view for our service offerings.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- Architectural experience of large customer change and transformation projects
- In depth knowledge and experience of hardware and software including connectivity between platforms

5+ years delivering complex IT security complex engagements.
- Expert C# - Net Core and Net Framework, Entity Framework, MVC, MVVC
- Strong skills in Angular development - Typescript / HTML5 / CSS3 (Less or SASS) / jQuery
- First understanding of Web Services concepts and technologies - REST / SOAP / JSON / XML / HTTP
- Hands on CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools
- experience in Application Testing / Unit Testing / Test Driven Development
- Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems and web technologies
- Demonstrated deployments of enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Key Vault, APIM, and Azure Container Registry
- Proven track record in developing strong client relationships with a focus on the executive levels.
- Strong communication skills including extensive experience communicating with executive levels.
- Demonstrated business acumen including negotiation skills and contract/profit management.
- Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated executive engagement and proven ability to present strategic information to, and drive change across a broad range of business departments

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- The Open Group - Master Certified Architect (or equivalent)
- Prior hands-on experience working in a Mainframe environment
- Experience in the following types of Mainframe projects - Modernise On, Integrate With and Move Off
- Strong understanding of z/OS and IBM Software Products as well as 3rd party Mainframe software

Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose

Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills

Language skills: very good English

High willingness to travel
