**Join Our Engineering team**:
We are looking for a **Solutions Architect with expertise in Salesforce**to join our team to partner with different cross-functional teams across the company and provide technical and product leadership for the engineering team. This role will balance high-level solution architecture responsibilities with hands-on development, guiding the team in technical best practices while working closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and UX designers, to deliver exceptional customer-centric solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Solution Design & Architecture**:

- Lead the architecture and design of complex web
- and Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and best practices.
- Create and document technical architectures that leverage Salesforce features and capabilities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all solutions.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities.

**Customization & Development**:

- Oversee the customization and configuration of web or Salesforce components (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, etc.) to meet business objectives.
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring best practices in development and coding standards.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware as necessary.

**Governance & Best Practices**:

- Define and implement best practices for solution governance, including version control, deployment, and security protocols.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure all technical deliverables align with the overall architectural vision.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce's security guidelines and data protection standards.

**Technical Leadership**:

- Play an active role in the development and customization of Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other platform tools.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance software solutions and practices.
- Contribute to complex integrations and customizations, working side-by-side with the development team to solve technical challenges.

**Modern Web Application Development**:

- Leverage modern development practices like microservices, RESTful APIs, and responsive web design when building solutions that integrate with Salesforce and other platforms..

**Testing & Quality Assurance**:

- Define testing strategies and lead quality assurance activities to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Oversee the resolution of any technical issues or bugs in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions both with standard web technologies as well as on the Salesforce platform.
- Deep experience with Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and third-party integrations.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of modern web technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end services (e.g., Node.js, Python).
- Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
