Serás responsable por:
El Analista de Contract Management tendrá como objetivo controlar y validar el correcto alta de todos los contratos con clientes y proveedores cotejando la información de respaldo, fortaleciendo el compliance y garantizando los níveles de desempeño y de aprobación locales establecidos en concordancia con el cumplimiento de todos los resultados normativos, legislativos y financieros.
Será responsable del correcto cierre de los negocios, el Booking de los contratos, identificación de riesgos y alternativas contractuales, el seguimiento de alertas y vencimientos, el contacto con los asesores locales y brindará soporte legal y administrativo dentro del área de “Contract Management” a los países y clientes internos que lo soliciten.
Participará en el desarrollo, mantenimiento, actualización y mejora de los procesos de trabajo estándar y herramientas de administración de contratos en línea con la estrategia y política de la Compañía.
**Requirements**:
Lo que requiere esta oportunidad:
Estudiante avanzado o recién recibido en carreras como Contador público, Abogacía o Licenciado en Administración.
1 a 2 años de experiência en revisión contractual, gestión documental y seguimiento legal y financiero del ciclo de vida del contrato.
Experiência relevante en procesos administrativos, de ingreso de datos elaboración de informes.
Competente en las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office (incluidas las habilidades de Word, Excel y PowerPoint).
Experiência en procesos, herramientas y sistemas de gestión de contratos y desempeño.
Conocimiento básico de SAP.
