Working Hours: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Purpose and Objectives: GCF’s mission is to support our Customer Success organization with a holistic deal support experience, delivering end‑to‑end Commercial Finance Services to ensure long‑term customer success through high quality, profitable and compliant commercial contracts. In the Cloud Contract Exception Management workstream, the extended team supports the core team in delivering critical sales support targets. The team is responsible for compliance review, process enhancement and operational governance of Cloud Contract Exception Management, driving standards adoption and quality initiatives within the cross‑product operations scope for all SAP cloud products. What You’ll Do: Review exception requests thoroughly for standards and guardrail compliance. Drive programs for contract exception approval automation and risk reduction. Prepare consumable content for enablement and stakeholder validation. Define and implement controls, verify evidence collection, and ensure centralized documentation. Ensure contract adherence to established product operations standards. Improve review times, completion rates, and automation degree with line‑of‑business/product teams. Support sales and field escalations regarding quote completion and delivery. Manage messaging related to standard and exceptional cloud contract clauses. Identify and lead process improvement projects and initiatives. Enable sales teams on potential risks and pitfalls. Support audit controls/findings related to the contract exceptions management process. What You Bring: Master’s degree preferred; minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law required. Strategic thinking, superior problem‑solving skills, and a strong professional record of results. Resourcefulness, high energy, empathy, self‑confidence, and teamwork. Excellent analytical skills and ability to grasp and structure complex problems. Ability to deliver high‑quality work under time constraints in rapidly changing environments. Experience in collaborating across cultures and multiple time zones. Work Experience: 2‑3 years of experience in contract reviews and presenting legal overviews clearly, handling high volume of review requests. Knowledge of SAP products and services beneficial. Experience in business management, technical operations management/process design, or related field. Strong knowledge of JIRA, Harmony Quote, CRM, and other work‑management systems. Experience interacting with stakeholders across time zones, driving initiatives across board areas. Experience with SAP cloud portfolio, sales processes, and customer cloud operations. Strong Microsoft Office skills; willingness to learn new applications. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Proven success engaging multicultural teams. Broad understanding of SAP’s strategy, organization, and solutions. Experience in operations of one or more cloud products preferred.
