n colaboración con el Gerente de Propiedades del Área y otros miembros del equipo: E
- labora planes maestros, planes anuales, presupuestos y cronogramas. A
- naliza las necesidades futuras de centros de reuniones en el Área basándose en los principios y pautas establecidos. E
- valúa los proyectos actuales y propuestos, y las operaciones de bienes raíces. S
- upervisa la exactitud de la información en los mapas, los reportes de indicadores clave y otros datos y sistemas relacionados. D
- irige reuniones con líderes eclesiásticos a fin de desarrollar y validar propuestas de planeamiento, y comunica decisiones e información delicada para obtener conformidad y coordinación. T
- rabaja en consejo con el equipo de gerentes de área para desarrollar y validar las decisiones de planeamiento y analizar el rendimiento de acuerdo con los indicadores clave. R
- ealiza otros trabajos según les sean asignados.
L
icenciatura en Administración de Empresas o Ciencias de datos, con tres años de experiência en planeamiento y/o gestión de datos; o Ingeniero, Arquitecto o carrera afín, con cinco años de experiência en planeamiento y gestión de datos. D
ebe poseer excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, y capacidad para realizar análisis técnicos detallados y presentarlos de una manera clara y concisa. M
anejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión de datos (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel). I
