Manager, Project Planning and Support

At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life
- changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Manager, Project Planning and Support to join our Latin American team. As a Manager, you will be joining a fast-paced, driven environment that is helping to make life-changing difference to patients. In the role of Manager, you will Lead a team of Project Specialists located in various countries in Latin America. You will manage the performance, development and growth of your team members while maintaining a positive, results orientated work environment. Your successful team will allow you to meet project team, client and business needs to have all projects optimally resourced with suitably experienced staff

**What you will do**:

- Ensures efficient resourcing of sponsor projects with highly motivated and suitably developed Project Specialists (PSs)
- Ensures that the Project Team and client requirements are being met to the highest standards.
- Manages change within the group of line reports and makes decisions considering finance and people impact.

**Who we are looking for**:
To succeed in this role, you will have significant line management experience as well as a background in project management. Preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience in Clinical research. You are required to have a university degree, ideally in Health Sciences or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Your advanced English communication skills will allow you to interact in a professional manner with various colleagues and clients on a global scale.

**Additional details**:
This position is fully home based in Argentina with occasional days in the office each month
