**Sales Specialist - Motores y Variadores - Zona Rosario ( Santa Fe)**:

Responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

**This position reports to**:
Local Business Area Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Technician in Electronic, Electro mechanic or related field.
- Knowledge of electric machines and industrial processes.
- Previous experience in industrial sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Sales Force.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Availability to travel in NEA visiting customers (Entre Rios - Corrientes - Misiones - Santa Fe).
- Driver's license.
- Advanced English level.
