**Executive Assistant at Handoff**
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and versatile Executive Assistant to support our executive team and help drive the day-to-day operations of the company. This role requires a jack-of-all-trades—someone who can manage a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to strategic projects. As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be pivotal in helping us maintain momentum and scale our business. You’ll have a unique chance to work directly with our leadership team and gain hands-on experience in a high-growth technology environment.
**What you'll do**:
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements and company off-sites.
- Data Analysis: Conduct basic KPI analysis in Excel, market research, and data reporting to support business decisions.
- Content Creation: Draft internal and external communications, including articles, reports, and presentations.
- Customer and Partner Engagement: Communicate with customers, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Expense Management: Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and financial reconciliations.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, team-building activities, and off-sites.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Tackle ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the business and executive team.
**About You**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Self-starter attitude with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience in a technology startup or high-growth company is a plus.
