We seek a SAP Tech Manager, Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

**What will help you succeed**:

- Advanced experience in **SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF) / HCM**solutions.
- Strong background in **SAP SuccessFactors consulting**, working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Specialist profile in **implementation, support, and evolution of SSFF/HCM solutions**.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into **scalable technical solutions**.
- **Upper Intermediate level of English**, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts.

**Tasks and Main Responsibilities**:

- **Lead the technical team**:Guide and mentor technical consultants and developers, promoting best practices, solving complex issues, and ensuring high team performance.
- **Architecture definition**:Design and validate the technical architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integrations with other systems.
- **Project and platform management**:Plan and lead upgrades, migrations, and technical implementations, while overseeing the ongoing maintenance of SAP platforms to ensure stability, performance, and availability.
- **Technical strategy**:Act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, defining a technical roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- **Support and continuous improvement**:Identify optimization opportunities, propose technical enhancements, and support the ongoing evolution of the platform in productive environments.
