**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and prototype responsive websites or landing pages in **Figma**:

- Generate landing pages deployment in **Webflow**.
- Create comprehensive advisor brand kits, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.
- Produce motion graphics and animated content (e.g., GIFs, interactive banners) to enhance engagement and storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience as a graphic, visual, or product designer.
- Advanced proficiency in **Figma** and the **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Demonstrated experience in **Webflow** or similar no-code web design tools.
- Strong foundation in branding, including logo creation, visual identity development, and brand system management.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, layout design, and responsive web design.
- Familiarity with AI uses, or other motion design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

**Soft Skills**:

- Knowledge of **AI-powered design and development tools** (e.g., generative AI for visuals, automation, or creative enhancements).
- Experience using **task management and collaboration platforms**:

- Excellent **communication and collaboration skills** to work effectively within cross-functional and distributed teams.

**Business Hours**
- Monday through Friday, **9 AM to 6 PM EST**
