**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsible for receiving, analyzing, coordinating, and following up on maintenance orders/tickets.
- Calculates material and labor costs for repairs, replacements, and improvements.
- Acts as a liaison between company premises and equipment and supply vendors.
- Controls and verify services provided by vendors (cleaning, maintenance).
- Controls and approves vendor invoicing.
- Seeks improvements and efficiencies.
- Works under general supervision on projects of moderate complexity.
**Role Requirements**
- More than two years of experience in facility management and general maintenance.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Power BI is a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Solid work experience in a dynamic office environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills - Help Desk.
- Intermediate English level.
- Experience working on multiple projects at the same time and remaining calm and effective under pressure.
