El MSL de onco-hematología será responsable de identificar y desarrollar una relación sólida con expertos médicos y médicos de la comunidad en su región asignada, y asegurará la ejecución de actividades que respalden la estrategia del programa funcional y departamental.

**Tus responsabilidades**:
Este rol te brinda la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave para impulsar TU carrera. Las principales son:

- Apoyar los programas de investigación clínica a lo largo del continuo (investigación patrocinada por investigadores, grupos cooperativos e investigación colaborativa, estudios patrocinados por la compañía).
- Actuar como experto en contenido científico, clínico y médico.
- Colaborar con todas las áreas de Asuntos Médicos (por ejemplo: Directores Médicos, Comunicaciones Médicas, Información Médica, Publicaciones, Relaciones con Pacientes, Acceso y Valor).
- Establecer y mantener una colaboración ética y de apoyo con el equipo de ventas y otros colegas dentro de la organización comercial.
- Identificar, consolidar y comunicar insights clave, y contribuir a su traducción en estrategias de Asuntos Médicos ejecutables e innovadoras.
- Identificar e involucrar adecuadamente a la comunidad externa en un diálogo científico sólido que genere insights y promueva el entendimiento científico y médico.

**Requisitos básicos**:
Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes características para alcanzar nuestros objetivos:

- Médico, PhD o Doctor en Farmacia (PharmD) con experiência comprobada en el área oncológica.
- Mínimo 2 a 3 años de experiência previa en onco-hematología o especialidades afines.
- Experiência demostrable previa como MSL, idealmente en onco-hematología.
- Nível de inglés: intermedio a avanzado.
- Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo, comunicación y presentación.
