If so, SmartSetter is looking for you As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in generating high-quality leads and setting appointments for real estate brokerages across North America.

With a requirement of 150-200 calls per day and a goal of 30 booked appointments per week, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to connect brokers with the best agents in the market.

**Responsibilities**
Conduct Outbound Calls: Utilize our advanced dialer system to reach potential clients.
Build Rapport: Establish genuine connections with clients, making each interaction valuable and memorable.
Follow Scripts with Finesse: Navigate conversations confidently, using our proven scripts as a guide.
Achieve Targets: Consistently book 30 appointments per week and maintain or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communicate Effectively: Exhibit a pleasant and confident phone manner, with flawless English fluency and a neutral accent.
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure you can perform at your best, please ensure you meet the following specifications before applying:
Internet: Hardwired connection for stable and reliable communication.
Computer: Intel i5 CPU (or AMD equivalent) 2.0GHz Quad Core or better, 8GB RAM or above, and at least 20GB free disk memory space.
Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac 10.2 and above.
Work Environment: A quiet home office setup free from distractions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $807,000.00 - $1,212,816.00 per month
