Cashier / Customer Support (Crypto Gaming)

Our team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle our daily transactions and provide top-notch support to our customers. **What You’ll Do**

Your main job will be to manage incoming player transactions—think data entry, making sure things line up, and confirming everything goes smoothly on the crypto side. Over time, we’ll also train you to handle live chat inquiries. You’ll become the go-to person for our customers when they have questions or need help troubleshooting. It’s a great opportunity to learn the ropes of the crypto gaming world while honing your customer service skills.

**Who You Are**
- You live somewhere in LATAM (we’re all about supporting local talent).
- You have a C1-level or higher English proficiency. Our team communicates in English a lot, so we need you to keep up with group chats, calls, and occasional English-language docs.
- You’ve got some experience with data entry or similar tasks that require a lot of attention to detail. Mistakes happen, but double-checking is your thing.
- You’re willing to learn: you’ll start with the cashier side of things but eventually become an all-around support rep on our live chat.
- You’re comfortable with a flexible schedule—sometimes people play casino games at weird hours, so we need to be ready for anything.
