Legal & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist.

**The Position**
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Roll out all data privacy related activities.
- Draft agreements as needed. These can include non-disclosure, grants, donations, sponsorships, contracts of service, among others.
- Master all IT systems regarding L&C operations Responsible for Due Diligences process
- L&C trainings to all employees.
- Assist Compliance Manager in monitoring activities.
**Qualifications**
- 4-5 years of experience in a law firm / company
- Law school graduate. Advanced English level (mandatory)
- Data Protection management experience (mandatory)
- Data Privacy regulation knowledge.
- Compliance knowledge is a plus.
- Compliance prior experience & Social media regulation knowledge are a plus
