Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Buenos Aires, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Legal Department Specialist will be responsible for providing legal support to the organization, preparing and reviewing legal documents, offering guidance on legal matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role involves close collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders, requiring clear communication and proactive problem-solving. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on legal trends and advising the company on potential impacts.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Law and Legal Consulting
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Ability to interpret and apply legal regulations and policies accurately
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Professional experience in a legal or compliance role is preferred
- Proficient in Spanish; fluency in English is a plus
