Job Requirements
Role Purpose
Responsible to work closely with digital product owners, digital marketing managers and business leaders across the company to determine areas of opportunity to increase profitability and user experience. A strong component of the role is to work independently the optimization strategy and identification of clear customer principles/best practices to sell insurance online.
This role is comfortable working in an agile and in a matrix reporting environment. This person will report directly to Digital Product Owner as well as Regional Conversion Rate Optimization Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own conversion optimization strategy starts to finish; conduct data and funnel analysis, define hypotheses, structure, and implement test plans which could combine a mix of AB, multivariable or sequential tests.
- Perform on-going analysis of site traffic and sales funnels by channel. Leverage customer insights and constantly monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, issues, and risks to best react to changing market conditions.
- Work closely with product team on website content generation to help improve organic search rankings.
- Independently perform complex analyses (ability to gather data and combine from multiple sources) to identify opportunities and actionable recommendations.
- Clearly communicate testing strategies web designers, developers, and clearly present results to business leaders.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Work Experience
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, UX or other related field.
- Advance knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of web metrics; ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage his/her own work independently.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems.
- Strong skills in preparing and delivering presentations; consolidate large amount of information into cohesive, accurate and crystal-clear presentations.
- Strong project management skills.
Experience
- More than 4 years of professional Digital Marketing and E-Commerce experience.
- Experience in designing and executing test plans with successful results in conversion rate optimization of multiple channels.
- Proficiency in key web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), web testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, etc.), media platforms (Facebook, AdWords, and SEO tools (Conductor, SEM Rush, etc.)
