Extensive Customer Service - Phone Calls, Scheduling, Etc.
Inbound Estimating (Residential & Commercial Establishments)
Distributing and delegating workload to guarantee maximum production and client satisfaction with minimum outlay of expenses in terms of labor, materials and mileage.
Ensuring special cleaning projects are implemented and followed through.
Accommodate clients’ special requests courteously and efficiently.
Miscellaneous
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with clients, employees, and management. Your Communication Skills Are Above & Beyond & It Shows.
Prepare, file, and maintain pertinent records.
Perform all other duties as directed, developed, or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience: High School. Some College Recommended. Secretarial Experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and people.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, report, or schedule form.
Knowledgeable in GSuite, Slack, Active Campaign Etc.
Ability to travel to Portland, Oregon a plus
Office assistamt, office manager, assistant, scheduler, customer service.
