We are obsessed with creating natural health products centered around gut, hormone and mental health with our unique results-based dosages using the latest superfoods and herbal extracts. Basically, we want to make products that get our customers phenomenal results.

Happy Mammoth is currently looking for a** Customer Care Representative** with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in Australia, Europe and USA.

This is a full-time **Remote Contractor **Position.

**Here’s what you will be responsible for**:

- Guaranteeing our clients have a happy and positive experience in all communications with the Happy Mammoth and associated brands;
- Provide world leading customer service to our clients over the phone;
- Provide world leading customer service to our clients through online chat;
- Managing and working within our customer service app
- Making changes to customer orders in Shopify and our fulfilment software;
- Updating our knowledge bases, templates and checklists weekly;
- Moderating Facebook and Instagram Ad comments;
- Community building inside our private VIP Facebook Groups;
- Reselling clients to new and existing products; and
- Other duties as assigned.

**You are the following personal attributes**:

- You’re direct, honest and genuine in communications with customers and team members
- You have previous experience in a client service position (preferably remote)
- Your happy place is interacting and communicating with other people
- You’re detailed oriented and checklist driven
- You possess a warm, happy and genuine personality
- You’re a confidant written and spoken communicator
- You enjoy speaking with and assisting clients in phone conversations in English
- You’re a self-starter and able to work remotely without constant supervision
- Fast learner. We are a natural health company and you will need to get up to speed on our products and business processes very fast
- Experience using an online app such as Gorgias and Shopify is a bonus
- An interest/previous in natural health industries is a bonus
- German and/or French is a plus
