- As a Staff Software Engineer focused on machine learning operations, you are an experienced Software Engineer with a deep understanding of generative AI and machine learning operations. You can lead and mentor a team. You are motivated, enthusiastic, and focused with a real passion for Software Engineering. You play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the infrastructure and processes that support the deployment, monitoring, and management of generative AI features and machine learning models._

**_ In your daily routine, you will:_**
- Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure for deploying and managing generative AI and machine learning models in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI and machine learning solutions into our overall software architecture (i.e data scientists, researchers, and other engineering teams)
- Develop automated workflows and orchestration systems to streamline the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models and generative AI systems
- Use infrastructure as code to stand up and maintain the system infrastructure
- Identify and address bottlenecks in the machine learning workflow to ensure optimal performance and scalability
- Implement solutions for efficient model serving, monitoring, and logging
- Establish robust monitoring and logging systems to track the performance of deployed machine learning models and generative AI systems
- Develop tools for proactive issue detection and resolution to ensure system reliability
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture

**We think that this offer is for you if you**:

- ** **5+ years experience in software engineering
- ** **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (Advanced degree or focus in Machine Learning preferred)
- ** **Experience with Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, or Terragrunt preferred
