**Recruiter/Vendor Manager**
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter/Vendor Manager for our HR Department team to cover target recruitment needs and coordination of our vendors' activities.
**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
- Recruit top talent for full-time and freelance positions and achieve the team's hiring goals:
- Create job descriptions and postings o Interviews coordination
- Participation in newcomers onboarding process
- Ensure positive applicant experience through the hiring process
- Reporting
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
**Essential Skills**
- Associate/Bachelors degree or equivalent
- English language proficiency
- Proficient computer skills: MSOffice
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Experience in recruitment or vendor management within the Translation&Localization industry is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
