Role Title: Sr. Software FP&A Reporting Analyst

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Job Description:
- Support monthly reporting processes within FP&A Software Business Unit.- Provide in-depth analytical support, including contract review for KPI reporting and forecasting.- Partner with Sales, the Billing team and Executive Leadership to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Identify key revenue drivers and problem areas and provide ad hoc support as required.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and ensure timely invoicing, revenue recognition by collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Manage, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, providing insightful commentary.- Perform all month-end close related responsibilities including journal entry preparation, creation and distribution of Outlook, Actuals and Flash analysis.- Prepare complex reports and forecasts, including monthly and quarterly projections and analyze trends (Q/Q and Y/Y) to identify potential gaps and/or opportunities.- Work independently on projects within defined criteria, adhering to a strict calendar of deliverables.- Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining.- Maintain a positive and collaborative approach as a key member of the FP&A team.

Qualifications:
- BA in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Sciences, or related field.- Software Revenue recognition knowledge and experience- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business operations.- Advanced Excel skills, including strong proficiency in Power Query.- Proficiency in financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Chartered Accountant or CPA- Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.- Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a confident and adaptable personality.
