Working as a Project Engineer, you will be engineering projects in Process Automation, Process Industries division in CABA, Argentina, providing technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals. In this role, you will make technical recommendations in various phases of customer projects to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety guidelines.

**This position reports to**:
Project Operations Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assisting project managers and project lead engineers in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors and vendors
- Supervision and coordination of suppliers
- Works on site in the projects/assigned works
- Assisting contract managers with claims, customer specifications and safety standards
- Creating and delivering the work plan and budget, as well as risk assessments relevant to your engineering discipline
- Helping customers resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer sites
- Maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project

**Your background**:

- 2 years of experience as Project Engineer
- A bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electric Engineer
- Sound knowledge of engineering techniques, processes and tools, including Control Engineering (DCS, PLC, Drive Control, Auxiliary Control, Instruments, Technical Documentation, IEC 61131, Knowledge of IEC, IRAM and other standards associated with the field)
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies. A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Availability for trips in Argentina and abroad. Visits to customers and the El Jagüel plant
- Advanced English level
