**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Thoroughly understand our company’s structure and hiring needs.
- Obtain a deep knowledge of how a wide variety of profiles may fit into our operations.
- Identify talent with great potential and ensure engagement.
- Become an expert on our platform and sourcing tools.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our sourcing strategies.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Develop and test recruitment strategies.
- Communicate with recruiters and establish priorities according to current needs.
- Do market research and stay up to date on sourcing techniques.
