Challenges and Objectives Develop in-depth understanding of Human Capital Management technology and the human resources industry, including Avature’s competitors. Guide the product’s roadmap and design new solutions or product bundles for market needs. Consolidate commercial information for new product releases and provide the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful in selling our product, including pricing strategies for our solutions and functionalities. Lead go‑to‑market activities to successfully launch new solutions and functionalities to customers and prospects. Day‑to‑Day Activities Conduct market research to gain competitive insights and understand customer needs and business opportunities. Manage solution design, from research to use‑case presentation, working in collaboration with other teams, and finally sharing it with commercial teams. Create documentation for commercial teams to help them position the product appropriately. Create roadmap proposals and hold quarterly meetings with different stakeholders, including the CEO, to define market analysis projects. Qualifications Proficient in English. Excellent presentation and writing skills. Knowledgeable about marketing strategies. Clear communicator and comfortable presenting to large audiences. Driven and autonomous. Systematic, analytical, and detail oriented. Comfortable with tight deadlines.
