You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

You will:

- Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
- Report on activities.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG
- Perseverance and attention to details

**Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición**:
Estamos buscando 2 personas que quieran unirse a nuestro equipo de Ventas en las zonas de Córdoba Capital y Villa María.

En este rol:

- Garantizarás el máximo impacto visual y una óptima disponibilidad en los lineales mediante técnicas de merchandising.
- Implementarás y supervisarás actividades promocionales.
- Negociarás con los puntos de compra la colocación e implementación de materiales para visibilidad exterior cómo también visibilidad interior (cartelería y exhibidores)
- Realizarás informes sobre las actividades.
- Realizarás capacitaciones y formaciones al equipo de merchands

**Requisitos específicos del puesto**:

- Graduado u estudiante avanzado de carrera universitaria.
- Contar con movilidad propia para trasladarse a distintos puntos de la zona. (excluyente)
- Experiência laboral en el rubro de ventas (deseable)
- Buena comunicación, y habilidades de negociación.

**Horario laboral**:
Esquema híbrido Lunes a Jueves 9hs a 18 hs, Viernes 9hs a 13:30 hs

More than 2,600 wonderful people proudly work to make our delicious snacks at two production plants in Argentina: the Pacheco Plant in Buenos Aires Province, Villa Mercedes Plant in Villa Mercedes Province and our commercial offices located in San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province.
