**Accounts Payable Analyst - LATAM**

**What You’ll Do for Us**:

- Analyze and resolve issues and problems with vendor invoices (e.g., exception & blocked documents, open purchase orders, I-docs, withholding taxes, factura MiPyme, etc) and the related accounting to ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Enter invoice data, validate and process into SAP and OCR accounts payable systems.
- Provide assistance to Vendors, internal and external clients to jointly enable efficient finance and/or accounting work processes.
- Fulfill research requests and respond to internal or external customer inquiries.
- Serve as a consultant to internal clients regarding business policies, procedures and processes.
- Identify process improvement initiatives in order to benefit the KO system ensuring process standardization and automation.
- Manage all AP activities related to Local regulations.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and monitor compliance.
- Prepare correspondence for internal and external communication.

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
- Additional language preferred: Portuguese.
- Work location: Buenos Aires KO offices.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Must possess at least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Ability to match invoices and POs and process through the KO system. Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement practices within the KO system.
- Attention to Detail: Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small: showing concern for all aspects of the job, accurately checking processes and tasks.
- Invoice Review: Knowledge of information required for invoices; including the ability to review and reconcile vendor invoices.
- Business Etiquette: Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport.
- Acting with Integrity: Maintaining a commitment to honesty; models social, ethical, and organizational values; firmly adhering to codes of business conduct and ethical principles.
