Descripción general / **Responsabilidades**:
Wood busca un Coordinador de Servicios responsable de los servicios relacionados con la logística del personal y cargas desde y hacia el sitio.
Funciones esenciales:
- Gestión de roster para el equipo de gestión, proporcionando logística, asesoramiento y formación
- Generación y seguimiento de KPI's, Reporting y análisis estadístico
- Gestión de la plataforma Minexus
- Logística de Personal y cargas desde y hacia el sitio, tanto de nuestro personal como de contratistas. (vuelos, hoteles, traslados, etc)
- Autorización de viajes privados por parte de los Subcontratistas y visita al sitio para licitaciones
- Facilitador: Ante retrasos o inconvenientes en diferentes áreas
- Participa en reuniones de gestión de proyectos
- Otras tareas relacionadas asignadas por la gerencia
- Seguimiento de subcontratos
- Seguimiento de plan de mantenimiento
- Coordinación de turnos para exámenes y PCR
Habilidades / Cualificación:
- Graduado en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias Económicas o título equivalente
- +2 años de experiência progresivamente responsable en actividades de Servicios y Construcción
- Nível intermedio o avanzado en Microsoft Word y Microsoft Excel
- Experiência en todos los aspectos de la gestión de servicios relacionados con proyectos típicos realizados por Wood, incluido el uso de sistemas informáticos
- Buenas habilidades comunicacionales verbales y escritas en idioma inglés
- Capacidad para evaluar, priorizar, organizar y delegar horarios de trabajo
- Contribuye al éxito del proyecto; trabaja con integridad y ética
