**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a member of testing organization with in Payments Technology organization, you will contribute to deliver changes and software enhancements. We focus on quality software products and validate changes and impacts with a ownership mindset. You will partner with Development teams, product owners, Release managers and other testing organizations to deliver your projects. We are looking for test automation skills and Payments domain expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with product to understand the requirements
- Draft test strategy, test plans, test scenarios and gather test data
- Work with scrum teams, attend ceremonies and understand change
- Assess impact, risks and design test cases
- Hands on test automation skills on selenium or relevant tools
- Deliver projects with quality on time for every release
- Highlight potential risks to management

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Payments Domain expertise
- Hands on Testing tools
- Hands on Testing tools
- Automation skills in Selenium or equivalent
- Automation skills in Selenium or equivalent tools
- Ease of use on Confluence and JIRA
- Ease of use on Confluence and JIRA
- Understanding of Software development life
- Understanding of Software development life cycle
- Payments industry knowledge or related experience
- Technical experience (software testing, API’s)
- End-to-end software process flowcharting
- Verbal and written communication skills
