El **ATS Support Specialist** será responsable de clasificar, validar y resolver incidentes técnicos presentados por los clientes, ejecutando tareas de análisis, resolución o escalamiento y dando gestión a los incidentes presentados.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
Recibir la primera atención del cliente, dejando registro en la plataforma de servicio interno.
Realizar soporte especializado en soluciones de TI.
Categorizar y determinar el nível de severidad de casos de soporte.
Cumplir en tiempo y forma los KPI asociados a la gestión de los incidentes de soporte.
Ejecución de workaround para la resolución de incidentes.
Escalamiento de incidentes a 2do nível..
Administración de tickets.
Gestión de equipos de trabajo.
**Requisitos**:
Técnico graduado en Sistemas, informática, telecomunicaciones o similares. Estudiante avanzado de carreras universitarias de Sistemas, informática, telecomunicaciones o similares.
Contar con 1 o 2 años de experiência como HelpDesk, Técnico de Soporte o Técnico en Informatica o similar.
Experiência en Gestión de tickets.
Conocimientos en Windows, Office, MacOS, Browser, Antivirus
Conocimientos en Jira, Freshservice o similares (deseable)
Inglés intermedio
Portugués (deseable)
