Amazon Seller Central Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and maximizing sales.
- Perform keyword research, product listing optimization, and competitor analysis using tools like Helium 10.
- Monitor inventory levels, and track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ranking).
- Develop pricing strategies and execute promotions to improve product visibility and sales.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities for product listings.
- Analyze customer reviews and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot account issues, work with Amazon Seller Support, and resolve listing or performance challenges.
- Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central for at least 2+ years.
- Expertise with Helium 10 or similar Amazon tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, AMZ Tracker).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and product lines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
