Role Summary: The overall goal of Operations Technician is to carry out operation jobs and relative job reports. Support QRC operations as required.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Dismantle and re-assembly mechanical seal.
- Inspect and repair mechanical seal.
- Testing and maintenance of mechanical seal and equipment
- Submit job report independently.
- Execute field service as required.
- Submit field service report clearly.
- Act the 6S and SHEA as company required.
- Complete other jobs as required and assigned.
- Good team-work spirit and professional ethics & compliance.
- Positive and exact working attitude.
- Good self-discipline and motivated.
- Good professional and operation skills
- Good hands-on and practice ability.
- Report and feedback jobs on time and clearly.
- Have basic capabilities for finding, analyzing, and solving problems.
- To ensure that the work procedures and specifications for activities that are being carried out in the workshop, are in accordance with our corporate standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Mechanical engineering or repair experience.
- Hold Mechanical operations experience.
- Strong knowledge in reading technical documents is essential.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings.
- Basic computer skills with MS office.
- HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years relevant experience
